exclusively within the United Kingdom, using Royal Mail's First Class and Second Class
delivery services.

Delivery Options

Royal Mail First Class

  • Estimated delivery: 1–2 working days after dispatch
  • Aims to deliver the next working day, including Saturdays
  • Not a guaranteed service, but typically reliable and fast

Royal Mail Second Class

  • Estimated delivery: 2–3 working days after dispatch
  • Aims to deliver within two to three working days, including Saturdays
  • Cost-effective option for less urgent orders

Order Processing & Dispatch

  • Standard turnaround: 5–10 working days from order confirmation (may vary for custom artwork or new logos).
  • You will receive a dispatch notification email once your order is shipped.
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges are calculated at checkout and displayed before you complete your purchase.

Delivery Address

  • Please ensure your delivery address is complete and accurate.
  • We are not responsible for delays or lost parcels resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Delays & Tracking

  • Royal Mail's First and Second Class services are not tracked as standard.
  • Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed; delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g., postal strikes, adverse weather).

Damaged or Missing Parcels

  • If your parcel arrives damaged or does not arrive within a reasonable timeframe, please notify us within 14 days of the expected delivery date.
  • We will work with you and Royal Mail to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
