Returns Policy

At Paw Print Ltd, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please
read our returns policy carefully, especially regarding customised and personalised
items.
Customised & Personalised Items
-  Customised or personalised items (including any products with embroidery,
 printing, or other modifications) are made to your specifications.
-  As such, these items cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are faulty,
 damaged on delivery, or not as described.
Standard Items
-  Standard, non-customised items may be returned for a refund or exchange
 within 14 days of delivery.
-  Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in a resalable
 condition.
Faulty or Damaged Items
-  If your order arrives faulty, damaged, or not as described, please contact us at
 info@pawprintltd.com within 14 days of delivery.
-  Please provide your order number, details of the issue, and photographs if
 possible.
-  We will arrange a replacement, repair, or refund as appropriate, including
 covering reasonable return postage costs for faulty or damaged items.
How to Return an Item
-  Email us at info@pawprintltd.com with your order number and reason for
 return.
-  Wait for confirmation and further instructions from our team before sending
 any items back.
- Pack your item securely and include your order details inside the parcel.
- Obtain proof of postage when returning your item.
Exclusions
-  Returns will not be accepted for customised or personalised items unless
 faulty or damaged.
- Items returned without prior authorisation may not be processed.
Refunds
-  Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7
 working days of receiving the returned item.
-  Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the item is faulty or
 damaged.
