Returns Policy

At Paw Print Ltd, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please
read our returns policy carefully, especially regarding customised and personalised
items.

Customised & Personalised Items

  •  Customised or personalised items (including any products with embroidery,
    printing, or other modifications) are made to your specifications.
  •  As such, these items cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are faulty,
    damaged on delivery, or not as described.

Standard Items

  •  Standard, non-customised items may be returned for a refund or exchange
    within 14 days of delivery.
  •  Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in a resalable
    condition.

Faulty or Damaged Items

  •  If your order arrives faulty, damaged, or not as described, please contact us at
    info@pawprintltd.com within 14 days of delivery.
  •  Please provide your order number, details of the issue, and photographs if
    possible.
  •  We will arrange a replacement, repair, or refund as appropriate, including
    covering reasonable return postage costs for faulty or damaged items.

How to Return an Item

  1.  Email us at info@pawprintltd.com with your order number and reason for
    return.
  2.  Wait for confirmation and further instructions from our team before sending
    any items back.
  3.  Pack your item securely and include your order details inside the parcel.
  4.  Obtain proof of postage when returning your item.

Exclusions

  •  Returns will not be accepted for customised or personalised items unless
    faulty or damaged.
  •  Items returned without prior authorisation may not be processed.

Refunds

  •  Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7
    working days of receiving the returned item.
  •  Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the item is faulty or
    damaged.
